Since we don't get a lot of rain in our area, we'll just save our pictures for a rainy day, and then watch the impressionistic magic happen. Or, I suppose we could spray it with a spray bottle and get a similar effect.
Instructions:
Draw a picture on cardstock with washable markers. Set it outside in the rain for a few minutes. Allow picture to dry.
